We think it's a great base for staying in Windermere. The units are tastefully decorated, huge.

The location particularly good and gorgeous to the library which was much more relaxing. Also - near the lakes as well as stunning gardens with spectacular views of lake Windermere.

The location is stunning and amazing in the beautiful garden. So close to the fells & lake Windermere in the distance, Ambleside, and many attractions in the Lake District.

The setting is amazing and great. Very close to the library which was much more relaxing. - Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside and a hill with partial views of Windermere. - the hotel is 6 km from Orrest Head Viewpoint. I would definitely return to this place, as I thoroughly enjoyed it. the location is fantastic, being close to the library, and providing beautiful views of Windermere, Bowness, Ambleside. the hotel is conveniently situated just 6 km from Orrest Head Viewpoint.

The breakfast options included fresh bread, cereals, pastries, pancakes, and omelette, and the location was excellent by the lakeside.
